MAN2011 , Core Winding Machine for Toroidal Core Production : The fully automatic winding machine for the manufacture of toroids made from grain oriented steel for small transformers, transmitters, instrument and voltage transformers, chokes and variable voltage transformers. The machine is equipped with the latest PLC-system featuring a LED display (LCD touchable screen) .

A Wide Range Of Transformer Cores & Steel Qualities : The winder can operate with a wide range of steel qualities, producing outside transformer core diameters ranging from 30 mm to 210 mm with a maximum strip width of 70 mm. The machine will strictly adhere to the core winding specifications as it is manufactured to highest engineering parameters activating advanced electronics in logic control sequences.

Core Output : Integrated User Planned Speed Modelling System which makes the winder the speedest in his class .

Service Requirements: Electrical: 380/415 3 phase 50Hz, plus neutral and earth (ground) rated at 20 amps per phase. De-coiler, supplied with the winding machine.

Air: Clean dry compressed air 120 psi (7-8 bar), volume 10 cfm.

Gas: Welding gas, standard high purity (99.995%) argon gas (Ar).
